On the occasion of the 500th anniversary of Leonardo da Vinci’s death, the Italian Army and Leonardo S.p.A. chose the exhibition as the setting for the presentation of the 2019 calendar.
The spaces of Palazzo della Cancelleria hosted the event in a natural balance between institutional content and historical value. The rooms on the piano nobile welcomed the presentation and speeches, offering an authoritative yet evocative setting that enhanced the significance of the initiative.
Following the formal session, participants continued their experience within the exhibition through a dedicated guided visit. Particular attention was given to Leonardo’s designs for war machines, creating a dialogue between the visionary thinking of the Renaissance and the contemporary world of defence and engineering.
An event that brought together historical memory, innovation, and public engagement, highlighting the exhibition spaces as a place for storytelling and in-depth exploration—capable of hosting institutional moments in a seamless and engaging way.
