For three days, the exhibition hosted a major international event promoted by Erasmus+ INDIRE and Sapienza University of Rome, transforming the spaces of Palazzo della Cancelleria into a place for dialogue, exchange, and in-depth discussion.
The historic rooms on the piano nobile – the Hall of the Hundred Days by Giorgio Vasari and the Sala Riaria – hosted the conference programme, providing a setting of remarkable charm and historical significance. The same spaces also welcomed networking and break moments, with catering thoughtfully integrated into the environment in a harmonious and functional way.
Alongside the institutional sessions, participants had the opportunity to discover the exhibition through guided tours in English, enjoying an immersive experience that combined art, history, and innovation. These tours offered a moment of openness and exchange, enriching the programme with a cultural dimension that was both engaging and accessible to an international audience.
